Our Terms and Conditions


1. AVC terms will apply to all national transport

2. CMR terms will apply to all international transport

3. This contract will be valid from 1 year to date of acceptance

4. Within the duration of this contract FLT will be responsible for distributing different job orders on an ad hoc basis. The exact nature of these job orders and charges for such will be negotiated per request and confirmed in writing before the work will commence.

5. Payment will be due 28 days from date of invoice

5.1 In the case payment is due by FLT for delivered services payment will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the clients payment, if invoices have been received correctly and are undisputed.

6. When delivering services for FLT, the company will supply FLT with a valid proof of insurance.

6.1 In all other matters regarding insurance and liability the AVC or CMR terms will apply.

7. This contract may be terminated on 28 days notice by either party.

7.1 In the event services are being delivered at the time of termination all future orders will be subject to cancellation, unless otherwise agreed.

7.2 In the event of termination all undisputed invoices must be paid by both parties.

8.  When engaging our agency service during this agreement and for a period of 12 months after termination the client, or any subsidiary or associated company of the client may not retain or re-engage the services of the selected transport company.

8.1 When engaging our agency service during this agreement and for a period of 12 months after termination the transport company may not retain or re-engage services with the client, or any subsidiary or associated company

8.2 When engaging our agency service, should client or transport company retain or re-engage direct services a fine of  € 10.000,--  will be applicable, plus € 100,--  for everyday the breach of contract continues.
